A fatal crash occurred late Sunday night on Highway 16 E in the Edinburg area.
Emergency responders were called to the scene around 11 p.m. after reports that a vehicle had flipped.
Leake County Deputies, EMS, and the MS Hwy Patrol responded.
The driver, identified as 27-year-old Teyjah Farmer of Conehatta, was pronounced dead at the scene by Leake County Coroner Earl Adams.
The MS Hwy Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
