Free rabies vaccinations are being offered today in Philadelphia. Dr. Tom Tischer is providing the free rabies vaccination clinic as part of Love Out Loud community ministry service. The service will be offered from 2pm-4pm today at Neshoba Baptist Association. All dogs and cats are welcome.
