Frey steps down as Philadelphia Tornadoes head football coach

David Frey has stepped down as head coach of the Philadlephia Tornadoes.

Frey spent the 2018 as interim head coach of the Tornadoes after the resignation of Bobby Hall.

That season he took over the team in Week 3 and led the team to the third round of the playoffs.

He was named the full-time head coach in December 2018.

It total, Frey coached six seasons for Philadelphia, finishing with a record of 40-32 and making the postseason each year of his tenure.
