Leake Academy quarterback George Wilcox officially signed to continue his football career at Holmes Community College.
Wilcox led the Rebels to back-to-back appearances in the MAIS State Championship game, highlighted by a state title in 2025.
In recognition of his exceptional senior campaign, Wilcox was named MAIS Player of the Year in 2025 and All-MAIS Offensive Player of the Year.
He also earned All-MAIS quarterback honors in 2023, underscoring his consistency and impact throughout his high school career.
