The varsity Leake Academy teams improved their overall season records this afternoon winning over the Patriots of East Rankin Academy. The Lady Rebels, now 25-4 overall, had a 19 point victory over the Lady Patriots of East Rankin Academy from Pelahatchie. The Rebels had no problem in their game with the Patriots, leading throughout the game and winning the contest by 59 points, 80-21 to improve to 25-3 overall. Our next broadcast of Leake Academy varsity basketball on Cruisin 98 will be next Tuesday, January 20th when the Rebels host the Raiders of Oak Hill Academy from West Point.
