A Leake County man has been arrested and is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl.
Investigator Ray Chamblee of Carthage Police Department says 18-year-old Isaiah Alexander was arrested on Friday, March 24, 2023, and charged with rape and assault with intent to ravish.
Alexander is being held in the Leake County Correctional Facility without bond.
