Precipitation is starting to blanket our area so reached out to Leake EMA Director Tommy Malone said “who said we have reports of icy roads and bridges. Conditions are likely to deteriorate through the day, temperatures are expected to continue to drop and will result in a hard freeze of the precipitation that falls.” MEMA is reminding us to stay home as those plummeting temperatures will create extremely hazardous conditions.
