The Leake Firefighters Association memorialized Joe Wilcher. On behalf of the MS Firefighters Association the Leake County Firefighters Association participated in two memorial services for two MFFA members. This week they presented the Joe Wilcher family with a firefighters’ flag and memorial footstone.
