The Leake County Sheriff’s Office has sent out a notice that Central Electric workers will be changing meters throughout the county.
All current meters with be replaced with electronic versions.
As a safety measure, the sheriff’s office announced on Facebook that the workers will be using Dodge 4-Door trucks marked with Central Electric stickers.
