McMillan Park has officially re-opened. The Carthage City Council voted to re-open all aspects of the park effective immediately. The playground, ball fields, tennis courts, the scout hut, and community center are all available to the public. Fall tournaments are being booked as well.
The park had been closed since earlier in the summer due to Covid-19 concerns.
