The Mississippi House and Senate both voted overwhelmingly Wednesday in favor of a bill that establishes a medical marijuana program in Mississippi. The Senate passed the bill 46-4 with one member voting present. And the House voted 103-13 in favor of the legislation which now goes to the governor.
