A Neshoba County man is behind bars tonight, accused of raping a child under the age of 14.
Neshoba County Sheriff Eric Clark said Donald Jolly was arrested January 7 and charged with four counts of statutory rape. Jolly is being held in the Neshoba County Jail without bond. Jolly will have a preliminary hearing later this month.
