One Local West Nile Case Among 27 Statewide

As mosquitoes continue to buzz across Mississippi, the State Health Department is reporting 27 cases of West Nile virus, including one in Leake County.  There’s been one death, in Madison County.  Last year, the state had a total of 37 West Nile cases and no deaths.
