Philadelphia Police Department’s Officer Kelby Cole graduated from the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Training Academy (MLEOTA) on Thursday, December 19.
The 11-week MLEOTA Basic Class includes 480 hours of intensive training, with participants attending four 10-hour training days per week.
Officer Cole was honored for excellence in firearms training during the course.
