Philadelphia Public School District has delayed school return. School start was scheduled for August 5th but is now delayed until August 17th. The district announced the reason for the change of date is due to newly released Mississippi Department of Health guidelines. “The health and well being of our students, families and staff continues to be our primary focus.”
Teachers reported to school yesterday.
