3:57 am – Leake County Deputies responded to a residential burglary alarm on Hwy. 16 East.
7:06 am – Leake County Deputies and Carthage Police received calls of a reckless driver headed toward Carthage on Hwy. 35 South. Callers said that the driver was all over the road. The driver almost caused a head-on collision and almost rear-ended a truck.
