7:49 a.m. – Carthage Police were alerted to a reckless driver on Hwy 16 West headed into the city limits.
1:32 p.m. – Carthage Police responded to a call reporting a hit and run accident that occurred in the parking lot of The Health Club on South Valley St. The vehicle involved that initially left, did return to the scene.
