The checks are ready and waiting! All refund checks for Lincoln Park Basketball as well as McMillian Park Soft and Baseball are cut and waiting according to Carthage City Clerk Penny Spears. They are available for pick up at Carthage City Hall between 8:30-4:30 daily. Spring Ball League was cancelled this year due to circumstance and restrictions around the Covid-19 pandemic.
