On Monday at 1:27am, CPD responded to a 911 call on Hillcrest Street where there was a person screaming and reports of shots fired. Officers arrived on scene to two vehicles fleeing the scene. A further report suggested that it was an argument between two parties. Shots were fired, and they then fled the scene as police arrived.
