The Philadelphia Christmas Parade is tonight. And Marty Stuart and Connie Smith will serve as Grand Marshals. The even is at 6pm in downtown Philadelphia. This year the parade will be at 50% capacity due to Covid-19 concerns. All spectators are highly encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing guidelines.
