Two Leake Academy Rebel basketball players have been named MAIS All-Stars.
Katye Jones has been named to the 4A-5A-6A Girls All-Stars team.
As an all-star, Jones will play for the White Team in the A.R. Smithers Basketball All-Star game this Friday, March 1 at Jackson Prep beginning at 4:30.
Additionally, Sophomore Samuel Prince has been named to the 4A-5A-6A Future Team.
Prince will represent Leake Academy on the White Team in the Future’s Game.
That game will be played Thursday, Feb. 29 at Madison-Ridgeland Academy beginning at 7:30 pm.
The broadcast of those all-star games will be carried on the MAIS Network.
