Carthage Water late notices are discontinued. According to City Hall, the red ink notices will no longer be mailed to customers. All water bills are to be paid by the 10th of the month to avoid late fees. And if bills are not paid in full by the 20th, water will be disconnected on the following day, the 21st.
***** For all disconnections there will be a $50. reconnect fee and entire bill must be paid at time. Per City Hall.
