The youth curfew has been lifted in Carthage. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen voted to lift curfew for all youth in Carthage. The decision was approved last night and is effective immediately.
The original curfew was implemented in early July and remained in place because of recent incidences of excessive loitering as well Covid-19 concerns.
