PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–A 14 year-old boy who walked off from a boys home was found after a brief search Saturday afternoon in Neshoba County.
Also around the same time, about 1 p.m., a woman who had been assaulted by her ex-husband was dropped off a house on County Rd. 561, which is just outside the city limits.
The husband drove off, leaving the woman with a friend, who called for Neshoba County deputies.
It was determined that the assault happened in the city and city police were sent to investigate.
It was unclear if they caught up with the husband.
