PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–A woman reported being assaulted at the Delux Inn on Hwy. 16 in Philadelphia Friday night.
The 911 call was just before 7 p.m. The woman had walked from the motel to a Valero and was holding her ribs and crying.
The woman told police that she had been jumped by two people and did not give police any names. Police reported back that the woman had refused treatment, but the ambulance was requested again by police.
It was unclear if any arrests were made.
