PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–You will be able to drive on a newly expanded four-lane portion of Hwy. 19 in Neshoba County, beginning Wednesday.
The Mississippi Dept. of Transportation says they’ll be switching traffic from two lanes to four lanes Wednesday in both directions between Odie Smith Rd., and Posey Ave., just south of Philadelphia.
That will be the beginning of the third phase of the expansion project, says MDOT.
You are advised to slow down and watch for workers and signals to tell you how to proceed.
