Choctaw Health Center Mobile Center Open Daily, Covid Testing Available

Daily Testing is now available at Choctaw Health Center. The Choctaw Health Center has daily mobile services and is now providing daily Covid testing as well. Testing is available Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm. The emergency room is also open 24 hours daily.  For any clinic services please call 601-389-4313
