Mississippi Highway Patrol says that Highway 21 South from Philadelphia to Sebastopol is impassable. Multiple vehicles are stuck or in ditches making this an additional hazard to the layer of ice on the road.
Another winter storm is scheduled for today. Be safe and stay home if at all possible.
