PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–Neshoba County deputies were looking Friday night for a man accused of assaulting his girlfriend.
The girlfriend called for help when she says the man threw her across the room, busted her lip and left driving drunk in a Chevy Silverado.
That happened about 11:30 p.m. at a house on Hwy. 488.
The man was reported to have been driving toward Meridian. It was unclear if deputies were able to catch up with him.
