PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–An attempted abduction was reported by parents at Northside Park in Philadelphia Friday afternoon.
The call to police was just before 5:30 p.m. The caller said a Black male, wearing a black t-shirt and brown shorts had tried to take a 10-year-old girl from the Imagination Station area of the park.
Parents kept the man talking to them in the pavilion area while police rolled their way.
It was unclear from police radio communication if an arrest was made.
