CARTHAGE, Miss.–Trees were reported down on several roads in Leake County Saturday morning during the heavy rain that moved through.
One of the trees was on Hwy. 488 about 9:15 a.m. Another was on Drysdale Rd.
About 11:15 a.m. three trees were reported down, two on the Natchez Trace and one on Laurel Hill Rd. at the intersection with Madden Rd.
A deputy also reported in about 11:45 a.m. that Oak Ridge had water as muich as two ft. over it in some places.
