AT&T is set to expand its high-speed fiber internet services to parts of Leake and Neshoba counties in Mississippi as part of a $30.5 million public-private initiative.

The project, funded through a partnership with the state, aims to bring reliable broadband access to underserved areas, enhancing connectivity for both residents and businesses.

According to a press release, the expansion will reach more than 5300 resident and business locations in the two counties, plus areas of Rankin and Hinds Counties. This initiative is part of a broader effort to improve internet access across rural Mississippi, addressing the digital divide and supporting economic development in these communities.
