Friday, January 30th, the Attala County Senior and Junior FFA Chapters traveled to Starkville to compete in the Central Hills Federation contests—and they showed up ready to represent. From speaking events to tool identification, our students gave it their all and delivered outstanding results. Because of their hard work and strong performances, several of our members will now advance on to District competition in March!
Senior Chapter Highlights David Harmon earned 1st place in Extemporaneous Speaking Noble Edwards took 1st place in Senior Creed Speaking. Z’a’Rhiya Dixon placed 1st in the National (9th Grade) Creed Contest. Sarah Cessna, Kimyrah Oats, Eli Cade, and Aryia Harmon placed 1st in Senior Tool Identification
Junior Chapter Highlights Ava Smith earned 1st place in Junior Creed Speaking. Taylin Ellis, Eli Perteet, Kirkland Bounds, and Ava Smith placed 2nd in Junior Tool Identification
