CARTHAGE, Miss.–Two cars wrecked Friday evening Pn Hwy. 16 at Willis Rd. in Leake County.
The call was just before 6 p.m. The caller said the highway was completely blocked.
It was unclear if there were any serious injuries, but an ambu;lance was sent to the scene, as was the Highway Patrol.
The one on 25
The wreck that was reported on Hwy. 25 was a rollov er. It was called in about 8:20 p.m. and was near the Renfroe store.
A car ran off the side of the road and rolled several times.
The person in side the car was the only one involved and was hurt. The injuries were not believed to be severe.
