CARTHAGE, Miss.–A goat was reported in the highway Friday evening about 5:40.
That was on Hwy. 16 west, near the Madison County line in Leake County.
Deputies were told the goat was walking in the road and blocking traffic and that the Highway Patrol has been notifed for possible goat removal.
