CARTHAGE, Miss.–About 1:45 Saturday morning Leake County deputies were dispatched to Dogwood Ln. near Red Dog Rd., for a disturbance between a man and a woman.
The husband and wife had been verbally fighting and that turned physical, according to police radio traffic, with both of them injured.
Deputies arrived and ended up taking both of them to the Leake County Jail.
