Another Bump in MS Gas Prices

The average price of gas in Mississippi has topped $3.60 a gallon for the first time since the summer of 2022 and it’s not slowing down.  AAA says it’s up another 7 cents this morning, now at $3.67.  The big jump marks a departure from what we’ve been seeing with daily increases of two cents or less since March 20^th.    The auto club says Leake County continues to have some of the cheapest gas in the state with a countywide average of $3.54.  But GasBuddy.com says you can fill up in Carthage for as little as $3.27.   Neshoba County’s average price is $3.62 but in Philadelphia, Gas Buddy says you can buy gas for $3.37.  And in Attala County, the average price is $3.73.  The lowest price Gas Buddy found in Kosciusko was $3.59.
