Arrest Made in Holmes Homicide

An arrest has been made in a fatal shooting in Holmes County last weekend.   Octavious Small, 22, is facing charges of murder, drive-by shooting and shooting into a motor vehicle.  The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation says the shooting happened Saturday on Highway 17.  The victim’s name hasn’t been released.  The investigation is continuing.
