A man accused of firing shots at a Winston County deputy last week has been arrested in Ackerman.   Bobby White Junior, 45, was tracked down by federal marshals and was taken into custody Tuesday with the assistance of the Winston and Choctaw County sheriff’s departments.  White faces charges for shooting a male relative during a fight in Louisville March 12 and shooting at a deputy who responded to the scene.  The deputy wasn’t hurt.  White had managed to escape into some woods following the shooting.  Deputy United States Marshals who are part of the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force were able to track him to the house in Ackerman where he was arrested.  White is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and attempted aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.
