PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–A Pearl River man has pleaded guilty in the death of a grandmother and the serious injury of her grandson in a head-on wreck that happened in the Pearl River community in December 2025.
Titan Xavier Steve, 22, pleaded guilty last week to involuntary manslaughter.
Federal prosecutors say he was drunk when the wreck happened. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in February.
Steve is expected to be sentenced in January. He faces a possible 18-year federal prison sentence.
