The Tax Free Weekend has started. According to the Mississippi Department of Revenue this sales tax holiday is from 12:01am today, Friday July 30th, and runs till midnight on July 31st. Any clothing item or shoes under $100. is tax free as are school supplies. Items over $100 are subject to 7% sales tax.
