As Hurricane Isaias moves closer to the northern Gulf Coast, a tropical storm watch has been issued for a couple of local counties– Neshoba and Winston. A flood watch will be in effect from Friday evening through Saturday evening for Winston, Carroll, Montgomery and Choctaw counties. The storm is still expected to come ashore late Friday night near the Alabama-Florida line, then track inland, weakening to a tropical depression as it moves north through western Alabama, close enough to eastern Mississippi to produce some heavy rain and gusty winds.
