A Juvenile has been charged with Domestic Terrorism and Cyber Stalking according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The male Juvenile will be transported and booked in at the Juvenile Detention Center. The department thanks local and State Law Enforcement and Superintendent Dr. Hull and the Philadelphia Public School Staff for their Cooperation.
