CHOCTAW, Miss.–A man who called in a bomb threat from a phone at the Silver Star Hotel and Casino in 2022 has pleaded guilty.
Joshua Mark Davis, 37, of Meridian, was indicted on that charge in May 2022 and pladed guilty Thursday.
He faces a possible ten-year prison term when he is sentenced June 16.
The case was investigated by the Choctaw Police Dept. and the Miss. Band of Choctaw Indians, since it happened on the reservation.
