PEARL RIVER, Miss.–Sentencing has been set for July 29 for a convicted felon found in possession of a gun last year.
According to a new release from the U.S. Dept. of Justice, Jehovah Horace Dixon, 25, of the Pearl River Community of the Choctaw Indian Reservation, was found with a gun June 4, 2025.
Dixon had previously been convicted of felony fleeing in the Circuit Court of Neshoba County in October of 2023, and was prohibited from posessing a firearm.
He faces a maximum 15 year sentence in federal prison.
