Philadelphia Police have been directing traffic at the intersection of Hwy. 15 and Hwy. 16 in Philadelphia since Wednesday. Philadelphia Police Chief Eric Lyons said they believe the issue causing the traffic back-up is with the Hwy. 16 side of the traffic signal and that the Mississippi Department of Transportation is working on the issue.
