CARTHAGE, Miss.–A man who fled a Leake County deputy Friday night on a motorcycle wrecked and was taken into custody.
That happened shortly after 6:30 on Wiggins Loop, between Hwy. 16 and Hwy. 25.
The deputy reported the man was not stopping and shortly after that wrecked. It was not clear why he was being pursued initially.
Once the man wrecked an ambulance was sent becasue he was scrtched up from the wreck.
It was not clear what charges he will face.
