Three Arrested in Kosciusko in Connection with Weekend House Fire

A house fire reported around 2 o’clock Sunday morning on Chatwin St. in Kosciusko has led to the arrest of three individuals.

Kosciusko Fire Chief Duane Burdine told Breezy News the fire started in a bedroom closet and was contained to that area, limiting damage to the home. The cause of the fire was determined to be incendiary.

Three people were arrested in connection with the incident. Kosciusko Police arrested Kendrick Davis, 38, of Durant, who was charged with first-degree arson and given a $50,000 bond.

Tony Suggs, 51 of Sallis, charged with conspiracy to commit arson

Police also arrested Tony Suggs, 51, of Sallis, who was charged with conspiracy to commit arson and given a $10,000 bond.

Eloise Lucket, 67 of Kosicusko, charged with conspiracy to commit arson

Eloise Luckett, 67, of Kosciusko, was also arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit arson. Her bond was set at $50,000.
