The City of Carthage Mayor’s Youth Council is hosting a Valentines Ball Friday (02/14). It’s for teens aged 15 to 19 and it happens at the Lincoln Park Community center from 6 to 9pm. Dress is formal or semi formal. Tickets are $10 and can be purched from any Council Member.
