Officers pursued the individual with the assistance of Leake County Deputies, but lost contact.  During their investigation, officers discovered a window at the back of the home had been broken into.  As of now there doesn’t appear to be anything missing from the home, but it is evident that someone was inside and rummaged through things.  The assailant, a juvenile male, was quickly identified and taken into custody then transported to the Scott County Detention Center.
